Lauko priedai nuo 2022 11 01 d – 30% – Kompensacija už kilnojamojo pobūdžio darbą!
Kalbėsiu apie kilnojamo darbo pobūdžio įstatymo pakeitimą, kuris įsigalioja nuo 2022 metų lapkričio pirmos dienos. Naujas įstatymas sako, kad jeigu jūs išmokate darbuotojams kilnojamo pobūdžio priedus dirbant lauko sąlygomis, o tai reiškia paprastai kalbant lauko priedą, tai nuo 2022-11-01 d. išmoka darbuotojui mažėja 20%. Leidžiami atskaitymai būtų 30% nuo mokėtino darbo užmokesčio priskaitymo. Įdomu tai, kad Darbo inspekcija siūlo įspėti darbuotojus jau dabar, kad bus mažinamos išmokos, tačiau tuo pačiu ir teigė, kad jeigu darbuotojas nesutinka su sumažėjusia išmoka, darbdavys vienašališkai gali tiesiog nuspręsti ir sumažinti šią išmok.
